# Objectives

In order for ALDEA to continue its evolution towards a dynamic and decentralized network, it’s necessary that we unite as a community. **Iteration 0** aims to foster this union.

**How will we do it?**

By providing the community with both the tools and the ability to propose, develop and carry out their proposals in a safe and efficient way.

We want to begin establishing, as a team, the foundations of a platform that encourages innovation, collaborative participation and the development of solutions from a wide range of perspectives.

**Collaboration** is the heart of our vision to boost ALDEA's growth and sustainability. That’s why we encourage you to share your ideas, propose possible improvements, participate in the proposal implementation process, and provide us with your valuable feedback.

**Main goals**

* Spread the word about the project and make its potential be known by the entire Hispanic community<br>
* Attract more Stake Pools from the Hispanic World<br>
* Promote the growth of all ALDEA channels<br>
* Grow our community with people actively involved
