# Incentives

Incentives are a relevant tool for involving people in any process. In **Iteration 0**, we define the following incentives adjusted to the variables of this particular iteration.

**Collaborator**

For participating in the generation of the ALDEA Treasure for **Iteration 0**, the addresses of people who purchase an NFT will receive an **airdrop** of the $ALDEA token when it is minted on Mainnet.

**Voters**

Voters who have successfully submitted their vote, will have the chance to request their airdrop through a dedicated channel on Discord. They will receive the incentive in $ALDEA tokens, when it is minted on Mainnet.

**Community Advisors**

2.5% of the funds raised in Iteration 0 will be divided equally among the Community Advisors who have completed the tasks outlined in the guidelines (see [Community Advisors](https://iteracion0.aldea-dao.org/en/roles/asesores-de-la-comunidad) section).

These incentives will be distributed at the same time as the funds are awarded to the winning proposals.

**Stake Pools**

When registering a proposal in **Iteration 0**, the Proposal Leader must select a referred Stake Pool. The 2.5% of the collection will be given equally to the referred Stake Pools of the winning proposals.

In order for a Stake Pool to be eligible for selection by a Proposal Leader, it must be pre-registered through this [form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScFllLyK_eO4Jq3IggR7lqi8UsxV671kd3Jcr3I17wTrw-NVg/closedform).

These incentives will be distributed at the same time as the funds are awarded to the winning proposals.
